Back from my spring travels, it’s time to get focused for my summer writing marathon. I am participating in a group coaching program I lead called Write ON. In it, each of us focuses on ONE writing project.
For 14 weeks we huddle together, cheering each other on, learning about our process and feeling great about our progress. (We have room for two more writers if you have a project that needs a creative chastity belt of support this summer! Find out more here. )
I learned a lot about what works for me during the winter session, so I will keep going with what works. As I filled out my prep form, I realized that I needed to delve into what I was not going to do more than what I will be doing.
This summer has a lot more work and travel than usual. I’ve accepted that I won’t have as much off-screen time as other summers. And, I am committed to enjoying this season of gardening, camping, and time with Steve.
